Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery at
support@highheeljungleshop.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Items that show signs of wear, damage from handling, or failure to follow care instructions may not be considered faulty.
Delicate Materials
Some styles feature delicate fabrics, crystals, lace, or embellishments. Minor shedding or movement of decorative elements during handling or wear is a natural characteristic of these materials and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
