Due to the intimate nature of hosiery and socks, and in accordance with hygiene regulations, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been tried on, worn, or removed from its original packaging. Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing to ensure the correct fit. If you’re between sizes in our tights, we recommend sizing up

If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly arrange an exchange, replacement, or gift voucher in line with our quality guarantee.

The lifespan of your High Heel Jungle pieces will vary depending on individual care and wear. To preserve their beauty, take care when putting them on and avoid contact with sharp objects such as jewelry or nails and follow our care instructions. 

Certain embellished styles—such as our Crystal and Lace designs—may naturally shed a small number of decorative elements during handling or wear. This is a normal feature of delicate materials and does not constitute a fault.
